* Easy unloading of supplies & plenty of parking!
* Full body massages (by appointment & offered for an additional fee)

The Story of our Center:
Our retreat center is in a beautiful home that sits along the Sacramento River, about 6 miles from the quaint town of Walnut Grove. It was built in 1947 and has changed ownership just once...when I had the opportunity to purchase it back in 2003. With a background in construction, it was a lot of fun to completely remodel this 2-story home to include all the modern-day conveniences you'll enjoy during your stay...including a dock down on the river!
Because our family has hosted scrapbooking retreats at various locations over the years, one of our dreams and the desire of our hearts, was to some-day offer a special place for people to gather and work on their albums while we provide excellent, gourmet meals to enhance their one-of-a-kind weekend getaway experience! Now, with the opportunity to open our doors to you and welcome visitors to this beautiful area, this dream is becoming a reality!!
We live downstairs with our family....and one day when my sister-in-law, who loves hosting retreats, stopped by and saw the beautiful, spacious area upstairs (3,000 square feet!), she envisioned it full of tables and scrapbookers, joyfully preserving their families' memories in this peaceful setting!
We grabbed hold of that vision and our dream of opening a retreat center for you started becoming a reality in the spring of 2008! We set about creating a wonderful home-away-from-home for people from all over the area to come for the weekend to relax, unwind and work on their precious photographs or other projects, while being pampered and treated to the best service around!
We can't wait to share this exciting adventure with you!
